Leadership and Responsibility
At Ateres Bnos Ita, student activities offer invaluable opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and community engagement. Through student-led programming like the GO/Student Council, students take ownership of planning and organizing events, fostering responsibility, teamwork, and creativity.
These programs not only reinforce classroom learning, but they all students to nurture their individual talents and build strong relationships within a warm and supportive environment. By empowering students to lead and collaborate, Ateres Bnos Ita cultivates confident, responsible leaders who are deeply connected to their school community and equipped with essential skills for future success.
Community Involvement
Ateres Bnos Ita encourages students to engage with and give back to the community through programs that are part of our Chessed program and beyond. Ateres students are very involved in many aspects of the community and are often seen helping and giving back in a variety of ways and through a variety of programs. These opportunities help students develop a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and leadership.
Mechaneches Program - Warmth and Mentorship
We understand the importance of strong, supportive relationships during these formative teenage years. Ateres Bnos Ita’s Mechanchos are truly one of a kind—warm, relatable, wise, and inspiring role models who exemplify what it means to live as a Torah Jew. Through our Mechaneches program, students are paired with teachers who serve as mentors, guiding their personal growth and well-being.
Students enjoy meaningful one-on-one outings with their Mechaneches and participate in group programs, ensuring every student feels seen, valued, and supported. This program also fosters open communication between parents and the school, creating a collaborative partnership to help each student reach her full potential.
